Tranquility opened in Boston's Back Bay in 2019, founded by Claire, a nurse injector who had spent years in busy clinics where appointments felt rushed and every visit ended with an upsell.
She wanted the opposite: a place where the medical care is excellent and the experience is genuinely relaxing. Every client starts with a real conversation, every plan comes with honest starting prices, and every treatment happens in a quiet private suite.
Clients started bringing friends, then booking together, and the idea of a spa day with your people became part of who we are.
